Invoicing directly from the POS is both easy and time-saving. Follow the steps below to get started!
1. Log in to Backoffice
Start by logging in to your account in Onslip Backoffice.
2. Connect accounting service
Onslip supports creating invoices directly to:

Go to Integrations in Backoffice and connect the accounting service you use.

If you connected the integration before version 24.1, you need to disconnect it and connect again (does not apply to Bjorn Lunden - it continues to work).
Please note! Do you use Visma? Then you first need to create item accounts in Visma eEkonomi before invoicing works. See instruction here.
Return to the steps below when you are done with itemisations.
3. Create payment method for invoice

Go to Configure > Payment methods & tips.

Click on Create payment method.

Select Type: Invoice and choose which integration you use.

Name and status are automatically checked. Status ‘OK’ = everything works.

Select how invoices should be delivered (depending on accounting system):

Click Create payment method to save.
4. Invoice at checkout

Create a sales note as usual - select the products.

Press Charge, select Other > Invoice.

Select the customer from the checkout list or press Import customer from accounting software.

If customer details differ between the cash register and the accounting software, you can choose which version to use.

Check and fill in all the details marked with a red asterisk - don't forget the customer reference!

Click OK, then Finalise the payment.
5. View invoices in report
For an overview of issued invoices:

In Backoffice, go to Reports > Invoice details report.

Select the date range and click View report.

See issued invoices and credit notes.

Want to get the report regularly? Change the period to Daily, Weekly or Monthly and click Create.
