To cancel your contract, you will need to fill in a two-part cancellation form, which we will be happy to send to you by email upon contact. Both cancellation forms must be completed and approved for the cancellation to be valid.

Contract period and cancellation

Contracts shorter than 12 months:
Can be terminated at the end of the contract period with 1 month's mutual notice. If it is not cancelled in time, the contract will run until further notice with the same notice period. -
Contracts of 12 months or longer:
Can be terminated at the end of the contract period with 3 months' mutual notice. If not cancelled in time, the contract is automatically renewed for 12 months at a time with the same notice period.
Please note: In the event of cancellation, any fees paid in advance for services or products will not be refunded.
