Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the possibility to pause contracts. This is due to the way our CRM and billing systems are set up.
We understand that there may be situations where a pause would be desirable, and we obviously want to help in the best way possible.
If you have a contract period left and cannot use the service right now, a transfer of the contract may be a good option.
