The date specified in our order confirmation or your contract.
Delivery is made to the address specified in the Contract. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
In case of any delays, for example due to backorders at subcontractors, we will deliver the product as soon as possible.
If the shipment has not been received within the above timeframe, please contact us directly for an update on the status.
