You can easily add new items or adjust existing ones directly in the checkout - without having to log in to Backoffice. It's perfect if you want to quickly change a price or add a new item.
To use this feature, you must be logged in as an administrator.
Please note that more advanced settings, such as accounting accounts and inventory management, are still done in Backoffice.
Here's how to do it:
1. Activate the edit mode
Press the Edit buttons at the bottom left of the checkout.
You will know you are in edit mode when grey plus buttons appear on the empty boxes.
2. Add a new item

Press a plus button where you want to add a new button.

If you have already created the item before, press Select product and search for it.

If you want to create a completely new item, tap Create product.
3. Fill in the product information

Name - Enter the name of the item.

Price - Enter the price including VAT.

Unit - Only needs to be adjusted for e.g. loose weight.

Product group - Determines e.g. VAT.
If you need a new product group:

Click on Create product group.

Enter the name, select the product group type and the correct VAT rate.

Press Save.

4. Save and finalise
Save your changes all the way. Your new item button will now appear in the checkout and is ready to use right away!
