If you have ordered a cash register from us it is your duty to report the new cash register and control unit to the Swedish Tax Agency.

Firstly, find the cash register's control unit. It may be physically connected to the cash register, or it may be cloud based. If it is cloud based, you have received a follow-up email with all details you require.

The model can be found on a sticker on the control unit. Tillverkningsnummer is the Serienummer / Serial number on the sticker.

All details you need is in an e-mail we have sent to you. If you have not received this e-mail yet, it is possible the cloud control unit is not ready yet.

If you have more than one cash register, keep in mind many cash register can use one and the same control unit. In this case, each cash register should be connected to the same control unit identification number.
Register cash register
If the cash register is already registered, the identification number can be found on the Swedish Tax Agency's sticker.
The cash register's beteckning / manufacturer is Onslip.
The cash register's model/program is Onslip POS / SE 1.x
The cash register's tillverkningsnummer / manufacturer number can be found when you have logged into the app. Go to Settings and choose About.
The row Logical Device ID is what you're looking for.
The Logical Device ID can also be found in Backoffice if you are not near the cash register. Click Configuration and choose Cash Registers.
Kassaregistrets adress / Cash register adress is the adress the cash register is located at. If you have a physical control unit you can choose to use the same address as the control unit.
Programvarans adress / Software adress is the same as the cash register.
The cash register uses journalminne / journal memory and the adress is the same as the cash register.
Now your registration is complete. The Swedish Tax Agency will post a confirmation to you, and if you have no objections you will receive proof of registration with stickers shortly after.
