The Attendance Recorder will allow your employees to check in and out directly in the cash register.
För att börja använda personalliggaren, kontrollera först att ni har To begin using the Attendance Recorder, make sure that you have at least one location created in Backoffice. You can find this under Configuration and Locations & Receipt Information.
Following this, go to Configuration and click Employees.
Everyone who should be able to use the attendance recorder must have the role Employee and have their Personal ID entered.
In the cash register the attendance recorder can be found in two places - at the bottom of the log in screen, and in the menu when you are logged in.
Open Attendance Recorder and pick an employee.
Press Check In and enter PIN code. The employee is checked in and can check out in the same screen later.
To fetch statistics from the attendance recorder, go to Backoffice. Click Reports and choose Attendance Recorder.
Adjust dates to the left and click Show Report. You can also filter by employees if you want to.
All worked hours and eventual corrections will be shown.
