If you have updated your Onslip cash register recently you may have noticed that the cash register can no longer communicate with your Bambora card terminal.
Your Bambora card terminal will also need to be updated.
Call Bambora at 010-106 60 00, choose 2 for support.
Give them your organization number and ask that your card terminal be updated to version 20. Bambora will guide you through the steps.
When your card terminal is updated the cash register connection will work again.
