Refunds can be made in two ways; you may either fetch a purchase receipt and return all of, or parts of, the receipt.
Alternatively you can enable the Refund Mode and manually enter the products you wish to refund.
Refund a receipt
Begin by pressing the menu button in the top left.
Open History and choose the transaction you want to make a refund on, alternatively choose Latest Transaction.
Press Refund in the top right.
Make sure everything you want to refund is present in the tab.
Press Refund.
Enter a reason for the refund for your own records.
If you are using the inventory feature, you can also choose if the refunded product should be entered back into inventory or not.
Press OK to continue.
Choose the payment method to use for the refund.
Use the Refund Mode
When the tab is empty, press Refund Mode in the bottom right. The button will become red when it is active.
Choose the products you want to refund.
Press Refund.
Enter a reason for the refund for your own records.
If you are using the inventory feature, you can also choose if the refunded product should be entered back into inventory or not.
Press OK to continue.
Choose the payment method to use for the refund.
