Alphabetical order:
Products are automatically sorted in alphabetical order within each category. This makes it easy to find specific products, especially if you have a large range in the voucher.
Position in the Tab:
Products are displayed in the order they are added to the note. This option gives you the flexibility to customise the order according to your specific needs, for example based on popularity or logical workflow.
In your BackOffice www.onslip360.com you can now customise how products are arranged within their categories. This gives you greater flexibility and control over your bong management. Here is a step-by-step guide to configuring the product order:
1. Log in to your Backoffice
- Under ‘Configure’ select ‘Devices’
- Select the bong printer you want to implement the change on, for example the ‘Kitchen’ bong printer
- On the right side you have the button ‘Change’ press it
- Find ‘Product order’
- Press the down arrow
2. Select the desired order
A) Select alphabetical order
Choose to ‘Sort alphabetically’ (‘Alphabetical order’)
This arranges the products in A-Z order within each category
Benefits: Easy to find specific products, consistent order
B)Select Position in the note
Chooses to ‘Sort by position’ (‘Custom order’)
This arranges the products according to the order they are added to the invoice
Benefits: Flexible order, can be customised according to workflow or popularity
1. Save settings
Click on ‘Save’ to confirm your choice
2. Test the new order
- Open the checkout view and check that the products are displayed in the desired order
- Test adding products to a note to ensure the order works as expected.
