With Digital Receipts, you can easily offer the customer the option to receive the receipt via email or SMS, instead of printing it.
Here's how to activate the feature in your Onslip checkout:
Step by step:
1. Open the menu:
Once you are logged in at the checkout, click on the three lines at the top left.
2.Go to Settings:
In the menu, scroll down and select "Settings".
3.Select Customise:
In the new pop-up menu that opens, select the "Customise" option at the top.
4. Enable Digital Receipts:
Find the "Digital Receipts" setting (fourth option on the right side) and activate the feature by pulling the blue lever to the on position.
5. Save and exit:
Press "BACK" and then "CLOSE" at the top left to return to the checkout.
For your next purchase, you will have several receipt options:

Email the receipt:
Enter the customer's email address in the ‘Enter email address’ field and press Send. -
SMS the receipt:
Enter the customer's phone number in the ‘Enter phone number’ field and press Send. -
Print or delete the receipt:
You will also be given the options "Print" or "Delete receipt" depending on the customer's preference.
Tip:
If you choose to delete the receipt immediately after purchase, a copy will still be saved in History.
Should the customer later change their mind and want a receipt, you can easily print a copy of the receipt from there.
