Onslip’s seamless integration with Swish allows you to offer fast and secure payments directly within the Onslip app. To get started, you’ll need a Swish agreement through your bank. You can choose between two different options, depending on which workflow best suits your business:
- Swish Företag: Provides you with a standard 123 number that customers can send money to via Swish. With this solution, you verify the payment with the customer yourself and manually confirm in the system once the payment has been received.
- Swish Handel: The optimal solution for a fast and fully automated workflow! This direct connection allows the Onslip app to automatically detect and register when the customer’s payment has gone through. To use this, tell your bank that you want to set up your own connection, and then retrieve a certificate from the Swish portal (we’ll guide you through the entire process below!).
Start by logging into BackOffice.
1. Add Swish as a payment method
- Go to Configure → Payment Methods & Tips.
Option A: How to set up Swish Företag
- Change the setting from "Swish Handel" to "Swish Företag."
- Enter your Swish number (this will automatically appear as a convenient QR code for the customer).
- Enter a name for the payment method (for example, “Swish”).
- Bookkeeping tip: If you’ve entered a chart of accounts in Backoffice, you can immediately specify which accounts your Swish sales should be posted to.
- Click Create payment method.

There you go! Swish has now been added to the Onslip app, and you can start accepting payments.
(Remember that with Swish Business, you’ll need to confirm with the customer yourself that the payment has gone through). - Don’t forget to log out and then log back in to the Onslip app. This is necessary for the change to the Swish payment method in Backoffice to take effect at checkout, so you can select it from the quick buttons in the payment view.
