In most cases, your company alias and username are sufficient to reset your password to the email address linked to your account via the BackOffice portal.
Steps to reset your password
Enter your company alias and username.
Click on Forgot your password?
An email will be sent to the registered email address (unless you have changed it subsequently).
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Return to the BackOffice portal and log in.
If you do not have a company alias or username
If you cannot find or do not have this information, we need to verify your identity before we can disclose any information.
Additional verification
If you are responsible for the company and no longer have access to your registered login details:
We will identify your details in our CRM system.
We will ask you some verification questions to confirm your identity.
Once your identity has been confirmed, we can provide you with your company alias and username.
You can now reset your password or change your information in BackOffice as needed.
