It's easy to do yourself because Excel has built-in support for CSV files. With ‘From text/CSV’, the programme automatically detects characters, delimiters and columns, so you don't have to adjust anything manually. The result is quick and accurate.
Go to the existing Backoffice (BO).
Go to Products and select Products.
Download the product list to Excel with all available information.

Open the file you downloaded.
It will open in CSV format (comma-separated text).
Go to the Data tab in the Excel menu.
Select From Text/CSV.
Browse and open the file again from the folder where you saved it.

In the dialogue box that appears:
Select the correct File Origin; ‘65001: Unicode UTF-8’ (if Swedish characters are to be displayed correctly).
Select the correct Delimiter; Comma (,) (depending on the file).
Click Load to import the data into Excel.
Done – you now have the product list in the correct Excel format with the columns clearly displayed.
