SMS Campaigns are used to send text to customers in your customer records. SMS Campaigns can be sent directly in the cash register or from Backoffice. Here is an example of an SMS Campaign:
Make sure you have at least one customer in your Customers with a Phone number. You can add customers directly in the cash register or in Backoffice.
In the cash register
Open the menu and choose SMS Campaign.
Press Select to choose recipients.
(Note: The sender is decided by the store name, which can be changed in Locations & Receipt Information which is found under Configuration in Backoffice.)
Mark everyone you want to send the message to, then press Save.
Enter your message and press Send. Done!
In Backoffice
Click Loyalty and choose SMS Campaigns.
All previous messages can be found here. Click Create Campaign.
